Why not? Greedy investors such as Louis Navellier wants the American people to believe that Union's are at fault for this recession. Navellier claims that Union's " are forcing their hand to make corporations pay out big salaries to scheduled workers." Should the big salaries only be applied to SEO's.? NEW YORK - Lev L. Dassin, the Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and Joseph M. Demarest, Jr., the Assistant Director-in-Charge of the FBI’s New York Field Division, announced today that Paul Greenwood, 61, of North Salem, N.Y., and Stephen Walsh, 64, of Sands Point, N.Y., were arrested this morning on conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud charges.

The government is working on a criminal investigation into the case, and more than a dozen civil lawsuits have been filed. This week, Peanut Corp. president Stewart Parnell repeatedly refused to answer questions before the House Energy and Commerce investigations subcommittee, which is seeking ways to prevent another outbreak.
